A RECAP OF SINGAPORE INTERNATIONAL WATER WEEK 2024 – ITS BIGGEST EDITION YET!
Into its 10th edition, the Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) 2024 was held from 18 to 22 June at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre. The biennial event – one of the largest in the world – ended with record attendance. Over 24,000 water and city leaders, delegates and trade visitors from governments, cities, utilities and industry gathered to share knowledge and best practices and foster new partnerships to tackle urban water and associated climate challenges.

A total of 1,005 articles across print, broadcast and online channels from local, international and trade media was generated from various media activities, such as media events, targeted media pitching and press release distribution. There were 133 articles from local media (13%), 109 from international media (11%) and 763 from trade media (76%).

Media coverage was secured in key mainstream and trade media, including BBC News, CNBC, Astro Awani, Channel NewsAsia, The Straits Times, Vietnam News Agency, Global Water Intelligence and Water & Wastewater Asia.
